Emily’s Song sticks out in the crowded LA theater scene not merely due to the fact it is an uplifting experience, but also simply because it was created by a author Chet Holmes. Holmes initially had written the script for cinema and he sold it to Warner Brothers with LeAnn Rimes attached to play the role of Emily. When no advancement was produced, Holmes took the rights back and dedicated himself to adapting it to the far more intimate live theater encounter.
